The supervisor leads the front-of-house team and supports smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and customer service.
- Train, motivate, and support team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and front-of-house organization.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and health-regulation compliance.
- Work with management to implement ideas and improve workflow.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or food service.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,516.32–AED 5,000 per month.
