The barista prepares and serves beverages and helps create a positive guest experience in a fast-paced coffee shop.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and espresso drinks accurately and carefully.
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service to guests.
- Keep the station clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain beverage quality and consistency.
- Support the team during busy periods.
- Follow health, safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- One year of barista experience is required.
- Previous barista experience is preferred.
- The employer seeks passion for coffee and customer service, multitasking ability, composure under pressure, communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented work ethic.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,700–3,300 per month.
