Subject Matter Expert - Brine Mining and Mineral Technology (12-month FTC)

We are looking for a hands-on expert in brine management technology and mineral recovery, with direct experience in pilot or commercial deployment of brine treatment, mineral recovery, ZLD, desalination, produced water, or industrial water treatment technologies.

The role will focus on supporting technology design, pilot validation, scale-up planning, and commercial readiness.

The person should be comfortable reviewing process design, equipment choices, operating assumptions, pilot results, and scale-up requirements, and should be able to identify technical and operational risks early.

They should also bring practical commercial awareness of recovered minerals, including product specifications, offtaker requirements, regional demand/supply dynamics, and route-to-market considerations.

This is a 12-month contract position.
