Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Structural Design Engineer – Steel Structures
to join our Design team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, analysis, and development of steel structures, with additional expertise in reinforced concrete components and foundations.
This role requires strong proficiency in industry-standard software, a deep understanding of international and local engineering codes, and the ability to deliver high-quality structural solutions within set timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency in
- structural analysis and design software
- , such as
STAAD, SAFE, ETABS, SAP, ANSYS, Prokon, IdeaStatica
- , etc.
- Experience in design of RCC members & foundations including pile foundations, raft foundations & isolated footings.
- Expertise in
- mechanical and structural design analysis
- , including
- stress, fatigue, and failure analysis
- , FEA, mechanical/welded connections design, and footing design.
- Ability to
- prepare structural reports and detailed drawings
- for submission and approvals.
- Experience in
- material selection
- and
- design optimization
- while considering cost and time constraints.
- Familiarity with
- international and local engineering standards
- , including
- AISC, AASHTO, ASCE, ASTM, ACI, BS 5395, BS 5950, BS 6399, IBC
- , and others.
- Strong understanding of
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- .
- Minimum
- 5 years
- of proven experience in engineering, design, and development of steel structures.
- Strong understanding of GD&T standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- **Must be available in the UAE**
