Develop accurate structural BIM models and high-quality structural documentation to international project standards.
The role requires strong Revit Structure expertise and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed structural BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare and coordinate structural drawings and documentation.
- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination using Navisworks.
- Conduct model audits and QA/QC and maintain LOD requirements.
- Handle Scan-to-BIM, point-cloud, and as-built modeling when required.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Candidate requirements
- Experienced Structural BIM Modeler with strong Revit Structure expertise.
- Advanced Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks skills.
- Strong knowledge of structural modeling and detailing.
- Experience in RCC or structural steel projects.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and ISO 19650 workflows.
- International project experience in the UK, USA, or Gulf is preferred.
