Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate – PMO to support the planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered effectively, aligned with business priorities, and managed in accordance with established project management standards and methodologies.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and project sponsors to drive business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic execution.

Project & Program Management

  • Support the end-to-end management of strategic projects and programs across the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management frameworks, methodologies, governance structures, and reporting standards.
  • Coordinate project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on achievements, risks, issues, and overall performance.
  • Support project teams in maintaining high-quality project plans, documentation, and deliverables.

Governance & Performance Monitoring

  • Ensure projects adhere to established governance processes, standards, and policies.
  • Track project performance against key milestones, deliverables, budgets, and expected outcomes.
  • Support the review and quality assurance of project outputs and reporting.
  • Manage and monitor project change requests, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation are maintained.
  • Identify project risks and dependencies, escalating issues where required.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Partner with business stakeholders and project sponsors to support successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple workstreams and functions.
  • Support workshops, meetings, and governance forums to drive alignment and decision-making.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Support the delivery of strategic and business-critical initiatives across various functional areas.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and business assessments to support decision-making and project outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and project delivery capabilities.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience within a Project Management Office (PMO), project management, strategy execution, transformation, or related environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and closure.
  • Experience working on cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is advantageous.
