Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Strategic Account Director to lead and manage our key client relationships in the UAE and GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, overseeing strategic accounts, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth objectives and client retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and delivery) to ensure client objectives are met.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage renewal processes.
- Mentor and support account managers within the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in account management or strategic client management.
- Proven experience managing large accounts and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and GCC business environment is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED458,890.99 - AED529,320.88 per year
