1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials at all times.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.
2. Material Receiving & Inspection
- Receive materials, tools, and equipment from suppliers.
- Verify delivered items against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Inspect materials for quantity, quality, and damages before acceptance.
3. Storage & Organization
- Arrange and store materials properly for easy identification and access.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained safely.
- Label and categorize all materials systematically.
4. Material Issuance
- Issue materials to site teams and staff based on approved requests.
- Maintain proper records of material issuance and returns.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites when required.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain stock registers, delivery notes, invoices, and inventory records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Update inventory records in the system or Excel sheets regularly.
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, project engineers, and site teams.
- Inform management about low stock levels and material requirements.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and shortages.
7. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures within the store area.
- Prevent material damage, wastage, or unauthorized usage.
8. Asset & Tool Management
- Maintain records of company tools, equipment, and assets.
- Track tool issuance, returns, and condition status.
- Report any loss or damage immediately to management.
9. Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the warehouse/store area.
- Ensure materials are protected from damage, theft, or weather conditions.
- Support periodic maintenance and organization activities in the store.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
