Job Responsibility
- **Machine Operation**: Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts for interior design projects, ensuring precision and quality.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand project requirements and dimensions.
- **Programming**: Input and modify CNC programs to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring that all specifications are met.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
- **Material Management**: Select appropriate materials for each project and ensure efficient use of resources.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers and other team members to provide input on feasibility and design adjustments.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production processes, including machine settings and material usage.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Job Type: Full-time
