Joinery/Fit out Draughtsman
About This Role
Job Description
1. Coordinating with the Senior Draftsman and reporting about the workflow and priority of the projects
2. To create a job list and number for each project, along with the location and quantity of items that correspond with the job order and quotation list.
3. To prepare detailed shop drawings with full specifications, materials, accessories, and ironmongery in accordance with the client's concept, sketches, or ID drawings.
4. To coordinate with the senior draftsman and the site engineer regarding the site visit; dimensions, location, and installation method.
5. To coordinate with the foreman and general foreman regarding manufacturing details, materials, and accessories to ensure a smooth production process.
6. Finding better solutions for the accessories and materials in order to improve and enhance the drawing details and fixation method.
7. To follow up and update the shop drawings' report, as well as coordinate with the senior draftsman for the quarterly presentation and appropriate filing.
8. Basic knowledge for the estimation/QS works
Experience - Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Fit Out in UAE
