- Manage daily administrative and office operations.
- Maintain employee records, company files, and documentation.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle petty cash, bank transactions, and expense records.
- Process payroll and maintain financial accounts.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Provide administrative and financial support to management.
- Prepare schedules/agendas and coordinate internal and offsite meetings, including setting up conference rooms, ordering catering as appropriate and welcoming guests
- Assist handling in accounting activities: o Perform Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable functions. Data entry to update debtors / creditors ledgers. Inventory management, co-ordination with production and delivery. Prepare and send out import, export, commercial documents for shipping and delivery o Filing documents and coordinating with outsourced accounting company.
- Perform purchasing tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
