Job Purpose
- To manage the storage, handling, and dispatch of finished goods (FG) in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy in inventory, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
- The Store Keeper – FG plays a key role in supporting customer satisfaction and smooth logistics operations.
- Roles and Responsibilities-
- Receive, store, and arrange finished goods in designated warehouse areas.
- Ensure accurate labeling, identification, and documentation of FG stock.
- Prepare finished goods for dispatch according to sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely shipments.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
- Maintain records of FG movements in ERP/WMS systems.
- Monitor storage conditions to ensure product quality and safety.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices in FG handling.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards in the warehouse.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors.
Qualifications
- and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Training in warehouse operations or ERP/WMS preferred.
Experience
- and Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping, preferably in finished goods handling.
- Knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication in English and Arabic.
