Overview

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our operations team in **Dubai**.

This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the proper storage and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for smooth logistics and relocation operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, materials, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or replenishment requirements.
  • Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel and departments.
  • Organize and maintain the storage area to ensure efficient inventory control.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of stock receipts, issues, and transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and warehouse safety standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
