Overview

Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in **Dubai**.

This role is ideal for a professional who can manage financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support the company’s financial operations while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and business policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow transactions.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain general ledger entries and accounting records.
  • Support VAT preparation, filing, and compliance activities.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation for financial reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
