Overview

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in **Dubai**.

This role is ideal for a professional who can manage recruitment activities, support employee relations, and ensure the smooth execution of HR operations while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll-related processes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance and support.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel databases.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
