The Store Supervisor role is in retail apparel and covers daily store operations, retail team supervision, sales support, and customer service.
The role oversees stock availability, store presentation, and compliance with company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and lead and motivate store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service; handle customer complaints and operational issues.
- Monitor sales and staff performance.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper product displays.
- Prepare daily or weekly sales and stock reports.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- At least two years of retail experience in Qatar is required.
- Previous Store Supervisor, Senior Sales, or Retail Team Leader experience is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills are required.
- Strong team-management and leadership abilities are required.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Currently residing in Qatar is preferred.
