Oversees daily cleaning operations, guides cleaning staff, and ensures assigned areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
The role includes quality checks, supply management, and supporting the team in meeting hygiene and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide cleaning staff during daily operations.
- Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and monitor attendance.
- Inspect rooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas to verify cleanliness.
- Ensure cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety rules are followed.
- Train new staff on cleaning methods, equipment, and chemical handling.
- Monitor cleaning materials and equipment and request supplies when needed.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, incidents, and staff concerns to management.
- Handle service requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain basic records, checklists, and inventory reports.
Qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is required.
- Four years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor is required.
- A high school certificate or equivalent is preferred.
- Supervisory or team-leader experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and complete simple reports is required.

Working conditions

Pay
- Pay is QAR 3,000–3,500 per month.
