Store Promoter

Reporting to the Store Administrator,the Store Promoter is responsible for demonstrating and promoting products to customers with an intention to persuade the consumer to buy the products, executine the Customer Service Strategy and achieving the sales targets.

Engage the consumer by generating excitement and brand awareness

Dynamically sell product to the customers by positively greeting,presenting and demonstrating the product with a variety of people

Achieve assigned sales targets

Responsible for the organization and coordination of the promoting merchandise

Set-up, organize and close work area including cleaning and sanitizing,washing and drying dishes and proper storage of equipment

Adhere to all Food Safety handling and sanitation training and guidelines

Participate in and adhere to all safety policies training,and practices

Able to handle customer complaints and establish good and timely communications with the immediate supervisor and the relevant department head

Possess good knowledge of Customer Service

Possess good knowledge of Food Safety

Sales skills Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, grocery sales, restaurant or food service highly desirable

Strong verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese,French

Basic cooking skills. able to use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration

Ability to solve problems and to deal with a variety of variables

Ability to stand comfortably for up to 6 hours

Must be able to work flexible hours and schedules, including weekends/statutory holidays
