Role overview

Business and team leadership

• Represent the brand and communicate its values to customers and team members.
• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database and share feedback on trends, products, and competitors with back-office stakeholders.
• Lead, recruit, develop, coach, and retain the team; set clear direction and monitor development plans.
• Promote a positive and fair work environment, relay employee concerns, and ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented.

Customer experience

• Promote omnichannel customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints, clienteling techniques, and VIP service.
• Use customer data to anticipate client needs and preferences and promote ecommerce activities and offerings.
• Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers through excellent service and networking.

Operational excellence

• Maintain store sales and operating procedures and comply with legal, safety, security, retail, and HR guidelines.
• Process ecommerce orders within service-level time and quality standards, with no pending store fulfillment actions.
• Use available technology, including clienteling apps, OMS, and Business WhatsApp, and ensure the team is trained to use it.
• Maintain stock replenishment and displays in line with brand visual merchandising guidelines.
• Analyze historical traffic and anticipate peak periods to maintain suitable floor coverage.

What you’ll need

• 3–5 years of experience as a store manager or supervisor.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
