Responsibilities
- Maintain guest-experience standards and build customer loyalty.
- Answer product and service questions, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable product ranges.
- Explain brand and product uses and benefits; use makeup knowledge to drive sales targets.
- Monitor store and new-launch targets, prepare daily sales reports, and participate in incentives.
- Maintain brand-standard merchandising, replenish shelves, report stock shortages, and follow stock-receiving procedures.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in the beauty sector.
