Job purpose
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure accurate receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials and technical items.
Maintain inventory records in Odoo and ensure materials are available for production and operations.

Store operations and inventory
- Receive and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery documents, including quantities, specifications, condition, and part numbers.
- Maintain stock records; enter receipts, issues, transfers, returns, adjustments, and stock movements in Odoo.
- Issue materials against approved requisitions; label, code, bin, and store items systematically.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with Procurement and relevant departments.
- Maintain inventory documentation, conduct cycle counts, support periodic stock verification, and investigate discrepancies or damage.
- Preserve materials; maintain housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards; support audits and stock-control procedures.
- Coordinate material movement with suppliers, drivers, Procurement, Production, and other departments.
Technical and experience requirements
- A technical background is mandatory; related automotive, fabrication, engineering, manufacturing, sheet metal, or mechanical experience is preferred.
- Hands-on Odoo experience is mandatory, including practical inventory/store transactions; candidates without it should not be considered.
- Ability to identify materials by part number, specification, dimension, grade, size, and technical description.
- 2–5 years of relevant store or inventory experience; related industry experience is preferred.
- Diploma, ITI, or technical qualification in Mechanical, Automotive, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE experience is advantageous.
Skills and competencies
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory documentation.
- Strong inventory control, numerical accuracy, and technical material identification.
- Coordination, communication, attention to detail, accountability, and ability to follow store procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay
- AED 2,000–2,500 per month.

- Dubai, UAE; work is in person.
