Role purpose
Support procurement by sourcing materials and services, processing purchase orders, coordinating suppliers, and enabling timely, cost-effective purchasing.
Responsibilities
- Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations; prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Follow up on supplier deliveries and coordinate procurement needs with internal departments.
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documents; coordinate inventory replenishment with Stores.
- Assist with supplier evaluation and cost optimization; support procurement activities in Odoo/ERP.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
- Odoo experience is mandatory.
- UAE experience is preferred; automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial experience is an advantage.
Skills
- Procurement and vendor management, supplier negotiation, and purchase requisition/order processing.
- MS Office/Excel and ERP/Odoo.
- Planning, organization, communication, attention to detail, problem solving, and teamwork.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
