Junior Accountant in the Accounting & Finance department, reporting to the Accounting & Finance Manager.
The role supports daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, reconciliations, payments, and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and supplier and customer statements.
- Support bank reconciliations, payment processing, petty cash, and employee reimbursements.
- Assist with VAT records, payroll processing, inventory reconciliation, and fixed asset records.
- Support monthly financial reports, MIS, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain organized documentation and assist with audit requirements.
Minimum requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Basic MS Excel skills and good attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant junior-level experience may apply.
- Odoo experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
