Job purpose
Support procurement by sourcing materials and services, processing purchase orders, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement.
Key responsibilities
- Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Follow up with suppliers on deliveries.
- Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments.
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with stores for inventory replenishment.
- Assist with supplier evaluation and cost optimization.
- Support ERP and Odoo procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
- Technical procurement and Odoo experience are mandatory.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial experience is an advantage.
Skills
- Procurement and vendor management, supplier negotiation, PR/PO processing, MS Office and Excel, ERP/Odoo, planning and organization, communication, attention to detail, problem solving, and teamwork.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
