Store Keeper - Joinery & Interior Fit-Out

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Maintain stock records and issue materials to production against approved requests.
- Record incoming and outgoing materials in the stock register or inventory system.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the relevant department when materials need reordering.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Store, label, and organize materials to prevent damage, loss, and wastage.
- Coordinate with purchasing, accounts, and production on material receipts, availability, and discrepancies.
- Maintain records of receipts, issues, returns, and damaged or rejected items.
- Issue materials only against authorized requests.
- Keep the store and warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
- Monitor tools, equipment, and consumables issued to factory employees.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports and assist with stock audits and supporting documents.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the same industry is required.
