The role covers end-to-end recruitment for design, construction, joinery, factory, and skilled or semi-skilled positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from receiving job requirements through employee joining.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Recruit design, architecture, visualization, drafting, quantity surveying, project management, site, joinery, factory, and skilled or semi-skilled candidates.
- Screen CVs against experience, technical skills, salary expectations, and industry background; coordinate HR screening and technical interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and confidential records; coordinate interviews, feedback, selection, and offers.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms within budget; coordinate offer documentation, visa requirements, joining formalities, and follow-up.
- Partner with department heads on manpower needs and priorities, build UAE industry networks, and manage vacancy timelines.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in the same field.
- Recruiting scope includes interior design and fit-out roles and related construction, joinery, factory, and skilled or semi-skilled positions.
- Assess candidates based on experience, technical skills, salary expectations, and industry background.
