Recruiter role focused on hiring for the interior design and fit-out industry.
Recruitment responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from job requirement through employee joining.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Recruit interior designers, interior architects, architects, 3D visualizers, draftsmen, quantity surveyors, project managers, site engineers, site supervisors, joinery and factory staff, and skilled or semi-skilled workers.
- Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on experience, technical skills, salary expectations, and industry background.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews with departments or management.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and records; keep candidate information confidential.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, selection, and offers; negotiate terms within the approved budget.
- Coordinate offer letters, documentation, visa requirements, joining formalities, and candidate follow-up.
- Coordinate manpower needs with department heads, build an industry candidate network, support urgent or specialized hiring, and monitor vacancy timelines.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the same field is required.
Work arrangement
- Work is in person.
