Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organized **Store Keeper** to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of **ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and ICT materials**.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling technical materials such as networking equipment, CCTV components, access control systems, structured cabling products, and related accessories.
Experience
with **Odoo ERP** will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Issue materials to project teams and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor stock movements and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of all materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Track damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory.
- Prepare inventory and stock reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards.
- Update inventory transactions in Odoo ERP or other inventory management systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in ELV, ICT, MEP, or construction-related industries.
- Good knowledge of ELV and ICT materials, including:
- CCTV systems
• Access Control Systems
- Structured Cabling
- Networking Equipment
• Fiber Optic Components
- Racks, Cabinets, and Accessories
- Ability to identify and manage technical materials and part numbers.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
- Experience with **Odoo ERP** is highly preferred.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Pay: QAR2,300.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
