Storekeeper – IT & ELV Products

About This Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage the inventory of IT and ELV products at Comfort IT Solutions, Doha, Qatar.

Role Summary

You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing company products including IT hardware, ELV equipment, cables, and accessories. You will maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with the procurement, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods against purchase orders
• Store and organize products systematically in the warehouse
• Issue materials to project teams and service engineers as required
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory counts
• Coordinate with procurement for reordering and stock replenishment
• Prepare delivery notes, goods receipt notes, and store reports
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Report damaged, missing, or expired items to management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in IT, ELV, or electronics
• Experience handling IT hardware, networking equipment, cables, or similar products
• Basic computer skills including MS Excel and Word
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle physical stock movement and lifting
• Odoo inventory/store module experience is a strong advantage
• Qatar Driving License is an advantage
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
