About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an **Accounts Executive with hands-on Peachtree experience** who is ready to take responsibility and contribute beyond basic accounting.
You will play a key role in **maintaining financial accuracy, tracking cash flow, and supporting better business decisions**.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts using **Peachtree (Sage 50)**
- Record and verify daily financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
- Monitor expenses and highlight unusual or unnecessary costs
- Maintain proper documentation and organized records
- Support management with basic financial insights
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of accounting experience**
- **Hands-on experience in Peachtree (Sage 50)**
- Strong understanding of accounting basics
- Good Excel skills
- High attention to detail
