Key Responsibilities
- Manage **end-to-end accounting operations** including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll.
- Ensure **accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing**.
- Prepare **financial statements** in compliance with company policies
- Perform **bank reconciliations**, cash flow tracking, and liquidity management.
- Handle **budgeting, forecasting, and cost control**.
- Ensure compliance with **Qatar financial regulations** and company policies.
- Manage **WPS (Wage Protection System)** payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with **external auditors** and prepare audit schedules.
- Maintain proper **documentation and internal controls**.
- Monitor **receivables and collections**, especially for project-based billing.
- Handle **supplier payments** and vendor reconciliations.
- Support management with **financial insights and reporting**.
- Supervise junior accountants and review their work.
