About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with company policies
- Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and liquidity management.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation and internal controls.
- Monitor receivables and collections, especially for project-based billing.
- Handle supplier payments and vendor reconciliations.
- Support management with financial insights and reporting.
- Supervise junior accountants and review their work.
