Manage warehouse inventory and daily stock operations, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, maintaining digital records, and preparing goods for dispatch.
Inventory and stock operations
- Inspect deliveries for damage and verify quantities against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Record incoming, outgoing, and transferred stock in the inventory system; conduct cycle counts and full-stock audits.
- Arrange stock for efficient access and space use; monitor storage conditions and report expired, damaged, or obsolete goods.
- Keep the warehouse clean and compliant with occupational health and safety standards.
- Pick and pack goods for internal requests or external shipping; prepare delivery notes, gate passes, and shipping documents.
Qualifications and skills
- 4–6 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Clerk.
- Hands-on inventory software or ERP experience and basic MS Excel proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply-chain certification is an advantage.
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
