Green Growth Construction LLC seeks a Legal and Contracts Officer with knowledge of UAE laws and practical construction-industry experience.
The role manages company contracts, ensures legal compliance, and protects contractual and commercial interests.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review subcontractor, supplier, consultancy, and commercial agreements.
- Prepare legally sound contract clauses, terms, and conditions.
- Review construction contracts, payment terms, penalties, warranties, and liability provisions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE commercial and construction-related laws.
- Draft legal notices, termination letters, and contractual correspondence.
- Assist management with negotiations and dispute prevention.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex matters when required.
- Maintain records of company contracts and contractual obligations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant legal or contracts experience.
- Practical experience with UAE commercial and construction contracts.
- Previous experience in a UAE construction or real estate company is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
- Excellent English drafting and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Salary
- AED 8,000–10,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

- Work location is in person.
