Role overview
Manage daily human resources operations and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries.

Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Post openings, screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews between department heads and candidates.
- Issue offer letters, conduct reference checks, lead orientation, and facilitate exit interviews.
Employee relations and workplace culture
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, leave, workplace issues, and benefits.
- Address and mediate employee grievances and performance disputes confidentially and impartially.
- Design and implement initiatives for morale, team cohesion, and workplace wellness.
HR administration and compliance
- Maintain secure physical and digital files, including contracts, performance reviews, and visa and labor documents.
- Monitor compliance with local employment standards and labor laws.
- Coordinate with finance and payroll to verify monthly attendance, leave deductions, and bonus allocations.
Skills and qualifications
- 6–8 years of UAE HR experience; fast-paced or corporate environment experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Current understanding of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Excel.
- Emotional intelligence, confidentiality, conflict-resolution skills, and clear communication.
- SHRM or CIPD certification is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
