Job Summary

Forklift Operations

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Ensure safe handling of goods to prevent damage or loss.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of forklift equipment.
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.

Store Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records (inward/outward stock).
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain proper storage of materials for easy access.
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), delivery notes, and stock reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.
• Use inventory management systems (ERP/software) where applicable.

General Duties

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Supervise helpers or store assistants if assigned.
• Follow company policies and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a forklift operator and/or storekeeper.
• Valid forklift operator license/certification.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / inventory systems).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
