Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the perfume store.
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable perfumes.
• Explain product features, fragrance notes, prices, and offers to customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the store.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
• Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reports.
• Supervise store staff and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain good customer relationships and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in perfume, cosmetics, or retail sales is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage store operations independently.
• Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
• Must be presentable, polite, and professional.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in UAE retail sales.
• Knowledge of different perfume brands and fragrance types.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
