Stock Coordinator
Role Overview
The Stock Coordinator receives, inspects, and stores merchandise, maintains accurate stock levels, and organizes merchandise.
The role ensures seamless flow of products from the stockroom to the sales floor.
Works closely with store management, sales associates, and other team members to uphold a high standard of organization.

Position Objective
The Stock Coordinator receives, inspects, and stores merchandise, maintains accurate stock levels, and organizes merchandise.
The role ensures seamless flow of products from the stockroom to the sales floor.
Works closely with store management, sales associates, and other team members to uphold a high standard of organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically to ensure accuracy of information.
- Inspect product quality and report discrepancies about damaged products to the store manager or assistant store manager.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of merchandise to prevent damage.
- Classify and stock products in the stockroom per store procedures to ensure quick availability.
- Tag newly arrived stock and return products as instructed by senior staff.
- Assist sales staff in replenishing stocks on shelves to ensure product availability.
- Maintain awareness and vigilance of security in the store without negligence.
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping.
- Flexible to work extended hours during sale and festival periods.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift around 10kg.
- Record inventory inward and outward and maintain the corresponding report.
- Check for missing price tags and report them.
Desired Experience
- Strong organizational skills with familiarity with warehouse management systems to track and manage stock.
- Previous experience in a similar stock, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
