Stewarding Supervisor for hotel and restaurant operations in Dubai.
Full-time role with immediate joining; work location is in person.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,300–2,700 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding operations in hotel or restaurant kitchens.
- Manage, allocate, and monitor kitchen stewards’ and dishwashing staff duties.
- Ensure cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and work areas.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and health and safety standards.
- Monitor cleaning chemicals, consumables, and stewarding equipment inventory.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Requirements
- Previous Stewarding Supervisor experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and stewarding procedures.
- Experience supervising and managing stewarding teams.
- Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred.
