Zurich Inc. Technical Services LLC is hiring Retail Sales Executives for a perfume outlet in Dubai.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of GCC experience in retail sales.
- Experience in perfumes, fragrances, cosmetics, luxury retail, or fashion is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Confidence approaching customers and understanding their requirements.
- Ability to recommend products, upsell, and close sales.
- Experience achieving sales targets.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused manner.
- Good English communication skills.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE-based candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the outlet.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Promote products and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain product presentation and stock arrangement.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
