Stakeholder management and delivery

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communications strategies.
• Identify and manage clients, government authorities, sporting bodies, utility providers, operators, and local communities.
• Build relationships with regulatory authorities to secure approvals, permits, and stakeholder support.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements across project planning, design, and delivery.
• Manage stakeholder issues, conflicts, and escalations affecting programme, cost, or project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and consultations.
• Monitor risks, maintain action trackers, and report to senior leadership.
• Supervise community engagement and public-facing communications where required.
• Deliver activities aligned with project and client requirements; build relationships across project teams.
• Monitor performance and compliance with management plans and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and experience

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Introductory experience in PMO and project controls services.
• APM Foundation and Practitioner certification, or equivalent.
• Commitment to professional development and progression toward chartered status.
• Relevant experience on high-value projects or programmes for a project management consultancy business.
• Meet applicable Saudi visa criteria and client approval requirements.
