Project Manager (M2)

This is an opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art airport project in Doha. Mace have been delivering PMC services on the airport for several years, increasing passenger capacity and improving overall services.

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join a major aviation programme. The role will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex airport infrastructure and operational projects, ensuring successful planning, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, risk management, and project execution from inception through to completion.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in the aviation sector, with experience delivering projects within live airport environments while maintaining operational continuity and compliance with aviation standards.

• Degree qualified in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline. • Professional certification such as PMP, or equivalent. • Minimum 10-15 years of project management experience. • Demonstrable experience delivering projects within the aviation sector. • Experience working on airport terminal, airside, landside, baggage handling, aviation systems, infrastructure, or operational improvement projects. • Strong understanding of stakeholder management within a complex operational environment. • Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. • Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills. • Strong commercial and risk management capabilities.

Preferred: • Experience working in major international airports. • Previous client-side, PMC, or programme management experience. • Familiarity with airport operational requirements, aviation regulations, and live environment project delivery. • Experience delivering projects across multiple workstreams within a large airport expansion or transformation programme.
