Seeking a Stakeholder Manager for a major stadium and infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia.
The role coordinates relationships among government departments, local communities, clients, supervision consultants, and media.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of total professional experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant professional experience on similar projects.
- Minimum 5+ years of stakeholder management experience in the Middle East region.
Core Responsibilities & Capabilities
- Proven experience in managing multi-party coordination for large infrastructure/stadium projects.
- Highly familiar with Saudi government workflows and social culture.
- Exceptional capabilities in public relations, conflict mediation, government affairs, and community communication.
- Able to formulate and execute stakeholder management strategies.
- Capable of maintaining professional communication under pressure of multi-party negotiations and public opinion.
- Adeptly handling unexpected situations such as government approval delays or community opposition.
- Full fluency in English with outstanding cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Deeply familiar with international engineering stakeholder management workflows and PR strategies.
