Role Overview

Join the Learning product within Talent Enterprise to help professionals build skills for career growth.

Shape large-scale, AI-powered enterprise experiences and develop new UI/UX paradigms.

Serve as an early member of the Bengaluru learning design team, setting its design vision and craft standards.

Own complex, data-rich experiences end to end while partnering with engineering, product, design, and data science teams.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the user-centered design process.
  • Create and deliver vision through cross-functional partnerships.
  • Develop holistic solutions addressing business, brand, and user requirements.
  • Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products.
  • Guide and mentor designers and set craft standards for the group.
  • Deliver consistent, efficient, and intuitive enterprise experiences across the platform.

Basic Qualifications

  • Include a portfolio, website, or other samples of work with the application.
  • MDes, BDes, or equivalent degree in graphic design, design, communication, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the complete product development lifecycle for web or software applications.
  • Skilled in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience independently delivering large-scale projects and owning a business area.
  • Experience designing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, infographics, and data tables.
  • Ability to use Copilot or Figma Make for functional, code-based AI prototypes.
  • Experience designing for multiple personas and creating scalable patterns across surfaces and modalities.
  • Experience driving strategy, handling ambiguity, and mentoring designers.
