Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle R12 EBS support for Record to Report and Source to Pay, including General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable.
• Support Order to Cash and Revenue Recognition functions, including Oracle Service Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Vertex, and related interfaces.
• Configure and design Oracle R12 and Fusion Cloud solutions for finance processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and create solutions for business needs.
• Create future-state functional designs, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Translate functional designs into technical solutions with engineering teams.
• Support project planning, risk and issue resolution, delivery, and closure for small- to mid-size initiatives.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions.
• Develop unit test plans and participate in system, regression, CRP, and UAT testing.
• Create and review configuration documentation, including BR100 documents.
• Configure systems and ensure SOX and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor system effectiveness, procedures, and SLAs while supporting month-end and year-end close activities.

Basic Qualifications

• BA or BS degree.
• 8+ years of Oracle Applications implementation and support experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Record to Report and Source to Pay.
• Hands-on Oracle Financials implementation and support experience, including Oracle E-Business Suite, EB-Tax, Approvals Management, Cash Management, and General Ledger.
• Experience with SOX controls, compliance, and change management.
• Experience with Oracle table structures, schemas, and open interfaces.
• Ability to write basic SQL scripts.
• Experience defining functional designs for custom solutions, conversions, and interfaces.
• Experience executing financial projects in Oracle applications.
• Experience identifying business problems and proposing automated solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global regions and working across engineering and finance teams.
• Experience integrating external systems such as Coupa, Salesforce, payment gateways, or Vertex.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP solution design, taxation, statutory reporting, and Oracle application testing methodologies.
• Degree or professional certification in accounting or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, teamwork, multitasking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
