About the Role

LinkedIn Learning and Career Hub use LinkedIn's professional network to help customers guide workforce upskilling.

The Principal Product Manager will drive product strategy and execution for LinkedIn Learning and Career Hub.

The role focuses on agentic investments, customer outcomes, impactful product experiences, and enterprise-grade solutions.

The position works with cross-functional peers and ecosystem partners to advance LinkedIn's leadership in the learning market.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and strategy for LinkedIn Learning and Career Hub based on enterprise learning needs.
  • Use product, behavioral, customer, and sales data to form hypotheses, run A/B tests, and identify leverage points.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, operations, and sales to execute and scale experiences.
  • Align product roadmaps with customer needs, market trends, go-to-market teams, and LinkedIn's broader strategy.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 9 years of experience in product management or an equivalent role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in learning, upskilling, or talent mapping.
  • Master's degree in a technology-related field.
  • Experience in testing, experimentation, and data analytics for product discovery, retention, and reengagement.
  • Ability to make difficult prioritization decisions and provide clarity.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to understand technical subjects, emerging technologies, and their marketplace relevance.
