STACKER OPERATOR

We are hiring experienced Stacker Operators for a leading Corrugated Packaging Manufacturing Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates currently residing outside the UAE and willing to relocate.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Corrugated Packaging Industry.

Receive corrugated sheets, boards, and finished products from the production line.

Stack products accurately according to production specifications and customer requirements.

Ensure proper alignment, counting, and arrangement of products to prevent damage and facilitate smooth production flow.

Segregate products based on size, grade, production batch, or customer order.

Perform visual inspection of products and identify defects such as damage, warping, misprints, or quality issues.

Report defects, abnormalities, or production concerns to the Machine Operator or Supervisor.

Ensure only approved products are transferred to the next stage of production.

Assist machine operators during machine setup, production changeovers, and routine operations.

Maintain continuous material flow by removing finished products from the production line promptly.

Support production targets through efficient stacking and handling of materials.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines.

Use safe lifting and material handling techniques at all times.

Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses immediately.

Assist in product counting, verification, and production tracking activities when required.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Stacker Operator, Production Helper, Machine Helper, or similar role.

Experience in Corrugated Packaging, Carton Manufacturing, Paper Converting, or Packaging Industry preferred.

Ability to perform manual handling and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Good understanding of quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
