- For this position we are looking for:
- University Graduate, with 8 to 10 years experience in B2B sales, in the packaging industry.
- Strong ability to build relations, hands on and leading by example.
- Outstanding presentation skill and Convincing ability.
- Advance communication skills in English and Hindi will be preferred and Arabic will be an advantage.
- Not afraid to ask for the order and ability to turn difficulties into opportunities.
- Self Starter, Task oriented.
- GCC Driving license.
- Ramp up of the sheet sales in line with company’s plan to fill the machine operation hours, in three shifts in approximate 3 to 4 year period.
- Present and promote the company in the UAE in available occasions, visit the potential clients and allocate sales opportunities, market gabs, and competition capabilities.
- Maintain close relation with the new clients and get understanding of their procurement strategy and packaging demand.
- Monitor competition activities and developments. .
- Timely organize the required orders to start the production en continue to increase the sales.
- Promoting company’s strength of vertical integration for consistency in sheet supply.
- To coordinate with the Internal Customer Service provider for sheet sales.
- Price fixing in coordination with pre-costing manager and CEO special products.
- Follow market development and recognizing market opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Production managers, Financial controller, Quality assurance, Product development.
- Pay: AED10.00 - AED20.00 per month
