- We are looking to hire a Service Advisor for one of our service center
- **Customer Interaction:** Greet customers, listen to concerns, explain services, answer questions, and handle complaints with empathy.
- **Vehicle Assessment:** Conduct visual inspections, perform road tests with customers, and use service history to recommend needed work.
- **Repair Order Management:** Prepare detailed repair orders, including labor/part estimates, timeframes, and clear descriptions for technicians.
- **Liaison:** Communicate customer needs to mechanics and explain repair outcomes, costs, and timelines back to the customer.
- **Sales & Up-selling:** Advise on maintenance, warranty, and potential cost savings; suggest additional services.
- **Scheduling:** Book service appointments efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

- Dealer service center: 1 year (Required)
