Facilitate the flow of sales inquiries and provide prompt, accurate quotations.
Coordinate project activities to support efficient execution and project success.
Sales inquiry and tendering
- Review inquiries for completeness and clarity; prepare technical and commercial quotations aligned with customer specifications and internal standards.
- Execute tendering from inquiry through submission within timelines, developing compliant and optimized proposals.
- Support prequalification and documentation requirements.
Coordination and project support
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and sales to gather inputs and deliver cohesive offers.
- Support awarded-project coordination, address technical clarifications, and follow up on quotations and orders.
Documentation, delivery, and compliance
- Maintain accurate quotation, assumption, and communication records and follow company procedures, standards, and quality requirements.
- Meet delivery and development targets, use resources efficiently, and report planned-task execution and deviations.
- Resolve operational issues, escalate complex issues, coordinate process improvements, and seek automation opportunities.
- Follow relevant safety, quality, environmental, and other compliance procedures and controls.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- 5 to 10 years of work experience.
- Negotiating and supplier/vendor negotiation competency.
