Communications
- Draft and distribute internal IT communications for software rollouts, enhancements, and operational updates.
- Write engaging intranet content about key IT initiatives.
- Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and branding across IT communications.
Training and enablement
- Design videos, interactive modules, and job aids for the learning management system.
- Translate technical concepts into simple training for business users.
- Track training effectiveness and user engagement.
Project planning and execution
- Support planning, scheduling, and delivery of communication and training milestones.
- Coordinate global stakeholders and align communications with broader initiatives.
- Manage feedback loops and revise materials using user and pilot feedback.
AI and multimedia content
- Use ChatGPT, text-to-video, voice generation, and other AI tools to enhance communications and training.
- Adopt emerging tools to scale content creation and localization.
- Work with designers or media partners to produce polished assets.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is listed.
- Three to six years of experience in a related role is listed.
- At least two years of experience managing offshore technical teams is listed.
- Strong knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, and project delivery methodologies is listed.
- Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multicultural collaboration skills are listed.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in internal communications, corporate training, or IT enablement is preferred.
- Experience with LMS platforms, video editing, AI multimedia tools, and global IT initiatives is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise change management practices is a plus.
Work arrangement
- The role requires onsite work in Hyderabad four days per week.
